The Store Consultant is the face of FedEx Office, dedicated to delivering a positive and consultative customer experience. In this customer service-focused role, you will leverage your knowledge of the store's diverse business areas—including printing, signs & graphics, and shipping—to anticipate needs, suggest alternatives, and provide tailored solutions. You will be the go-to expert for taking complex orders, coordinating store activities, and recommending the right products and services to meet every customer's unique requirements.
Your day will be a dynamic mix of retail operations and customer engagement. You will operate and maintain a wide variety of printing and shipping equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety. From assembling parcels and preparing goods for shipping to managing the production queue and output, you will keep the store running smoothly. You will also handle financial transactions, manage retail supplies, and ensure the store remains clean, orderly, and fully stocked. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will collaborate with team members, assist in training new hires, and take ownership of resolving customer issues quickly and effectively.
