About the Role

As a Store Consultant, you are the face of FedEx Office, dedicated to delivering a positive and consultative customer experience. This role goes beyond simple transaction processing; you will anticipate customer needs, suggest creative alternatives, and provide tailored solutions across our print, signs & graphics, and shipping services. You will serve as a knowledgeable partner to every visitor, ensuring their projects are completed accurately and efficiently.

Your day-to-day involves a dynamic mix of retail operations and customer engagement. You will manage the production queue, operate a wide variety of printing and binding equipment, and coordinate complex projects from start to finish. Whether you are assisting a customer with a last-minute presentation or managing the logistics of a large shipping order, your goal is to resolve issues quickly and ensure complete satisfaction. You will also play a key role in maintaining a safe, clean, and orderly store environment while adhering to strict safety and security policies.
