About the Role
As a Store Consultant, you are the face of FedEx Office, dedicated to delivering a positive customer experience through consultative expertise. You will serve as a knowledgeable partner to customers, guiding them through our diverse business areas including printing, signs & graphics, and shipping. Your mission is to anticipate needs, suggest tailored alternatives, and provide effective solutions that meet individual requirements.
In this fast-paced retail environment, you will manage the entire customer journey—from taking complex orders and providing accurate pricing to assembling parcels and operating specialized equipment. You will coordinate store activities, manage production queues, and ensure the retail space remains safe, clean, and fully stocked. This role is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, enjoys solving problems, and takes pride in delivering outstanding service.
