As a Store Consultant, you are the face of FedEx Office, dedicated to delivering a positive and consultative customer experience. This role goes beyond simple transaction processing; you will anticipate customer needs, suggest creative alternatives, and provide tailored solutions across our print, signs & graphics, and shipping product lines. You will serve as a knowledgeable partner to our customers, guiding them through complex projects and ensuring their orders are executed with precision and care.
In this fast-paced retail environment, you will operate a wide variety of equipment, manage production queues, and handle complex projects from start to finish. Whether you are assembling parcels for shipping, setting up printing and binding equipment, or managing retail supplies, your goal is to maintain a safe, clean, and orderly store while providing outstanding service. You will work with minimal supervision, collaborating with team members and supervisors to drive store profitability and operational excellence.
