About the Role
Wireless Vision is a T-Mobile Premium Retailer dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving sales results and team motivation. As a Retail Associate Manager (RAM), you will serve as the primary point of contact for the store in the absence of the Retail Store Manager, representing the T-Mobile brand with integrity.
This position is designed as a development role for individuals who aspire to grow into a Retail Store Manager. You will partner with the RSM to recruit top talent, coach existing team members, and inspire the sales team to attain monthly goals. Your day-to-day involves managing store operations, executing local marketing initiatives, and ensuring compliance with T-Mobile and internal audit standards. You will play an active role in planning store meetings to keep the team current on company changes and product launches, while maintaining high merchandising standards and managing inventory and cash flow.
