About the Role
Wireless Vision is a T-Mobile Premium Retailer dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving sales results and team motivation. As a Retail Associate Manager (RAM), you will serve as the primary point of contact for the store in the absence of the Retail Store Manager, representing the T-Mobile brand with integrity.
This position is designed as a development role for individuals aspiring to become Retail Store Managers. You will partner with the store manager to recruit top talent, coach team members, and build a high-performing team. Your day-to-day involves inspiring the sales team to attain monthly goals, planning store meetings to keep the team current on company changes, and executing local marketing initiatives to solicit new business. You will also ensure the store maintains T-Mobile and internal audit compliance, manage inventory and cash processes, and uphold strict merchandising standards.
