About the Role

The Retail Associate is the face of Ross, responsible for ensuring every customer has a positive shopping experience. You will be the first point of contact, greeting all customers with a smile, making eye contact, and offering courteous assistance. Whether answering questions, helping with merchandise, or processing transactions, your goal is to represent the company brand with integrity and professionalism.

This role is dynamic and requires engagement in a range of functions across the store as business needs require. You will maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment, from sweeping and mopping to expediting new merchandise to the sales floor. As a representative of Ross, you will demonstrate a sense of urgency, maximize productivity, and uphold the highest standards of safety and loss prevention.
