About the Role
The Retail Associate is the face of Ross, responsible for ensuring our customers have a positive shopping experience. This role is about more than just tasks; it is about creating a welcoming atmosphere where every customer feels valued. You will be the first point of contact, greeting customers with a smile and making eye contact to set a friendly and professional tone.
In this position, you will be engaged in a dynamic range of functions across the store as business needs require. From assisting customers with merchandise and answering questions to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment, your contributions directly impact the "treasure hunt" experience. You will represent the Ross brand with integrity, ensuring that safety is the number one priority and that the store remains a secure and clutter-free space for everyone.
