About the Role

The Retail Associate is the face of Ross, responsible for ensuring every customer has a positive shopping experience. You will be the first point of contact, greeting all customers with a smile and a friendly "hello," and treating fellow associates with respect. Your day will be a dynamic mix of customer service, operational excellence, and maintaining the "treasure hunt" atmosphere that defines our brand.

You will be expected to engage in a range of functions across all areas of the store as business needs require. Whether you are assisting customers with merchandise, answering questions, or ensuring the sales floor is neat, clean, and efficiently merchandised, your actions directly impact our customer service and operational goals. You will represent the company brand at all times, demonstrating integrity and honesty in every interaction.
