The Role
The Retail Associate is the face of Ross, responsible for ensuring our customers have a positive shopping experience. You will be the first point of contact, greeting every customer with a smile and a "hello," and treating fellow associates with respect. Your day will be a dynamic mix of customer service, operational excellence, and maintaining the "treasure hunt" atmosphere that defines our brand.
You will be expected to engage in a range of functions across all areas of the store as business needs require. From assisting customers with merchandise and answering questions to expediting newly received items to the sales floor with urgency, your role is vital to our daily operations. You will also play a key part in maintaining a safe, clean, and organized environment, ensuring that our sales floor, registers, and restrooms are always ready for our guests.
