As an Assistant Store Manager, you will partner with the Store Manager to develop outstanding associates, deliver exceptional and consistent customer experiences, and positively impact growth across Bath & Body Works. Our store leaders are the front line of our field leadership team: retail and customer-savvy, dedicated brand ambassadors who thrive on the connections we make with our customers.
In this role, you will set the direction and goals for each shift, ensuring associates arrive ready to lead exceptional in-store customer experiences. You will model selling behaviors rooted in our values, create genuine connections with customers by uncovering needs and sharing product information, and train, coach, and motivate your team to improve both selling and the customer experience. You will also act as the manager on duty when scheduled, addressing customer experience, vendor relationships, or maintenance issues, and partner with the sales leadership team to support action plans that improve results.
