About the Role

The Operations Designee role is an intense, fast-paced leadership experience designed to challenge and accelerate your growth. You will undergo immersive training to prepare for multi-unit leadership, rapidly absorbing key skills in financial management, team leadership, and strategic execution—all while being mentored by senior leaders. This position requires the ability to travel, work, and train across multiple locations to support operations, enhance skills, and drive consistency in performance and standards.

As a results-driven leader, you will oversee daily retail operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with company goals. You will leverage creative thinking through cross-department collaboration to develop innovative solutions, refine workflows, and drive initiatives that enhance customer experience. Your mission includes mentoring and empowering teams across multiple locations, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. You will stay ahead of industry trends, embrace new technologies, and analyze key metrics to optimize budgets and maximize profitability.
