The Store Management position oversees and is accountable for the total operation of a seasonal Spirit Halloween store. The primary mission is to ensure maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining high standards of Guest Services while strictly controlling expenses. This role is critical for managing the unique lifecycle of a seasonal retail environment, including the setup, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, and the eventual pack-up and teardown of the store.
Please note that the store you have selected is a Spirit Halloween Consignment Store. While you will be working with Spirit Halloween merchandise, Spirit Halloween is not your employer. Your employer will be the independent owner and operator of the store, who shall have sole responsibility for your employment. Spirit Halloween shall have no obligation or responsibility to you regarding your employment by the consignment operator.
If hired, the consignment operator shall be solely responsible for your employment benefits and wages. You will be required to follow the employment and operating policies and procedures as established by the consignment operator. The application you are about to complete will be routed directly to our consignment operator for their consideration.
