We are seeking a Retail Account Manager to cover Northern Illinois. In this full-time role, you will serve as a brand ambassador for Stine, representing an excellent opportunity to grow professionally and financially. You will act as the primary link between our company and our retail dealer network, driving sales and brand awareness within your assigned territory.
Your day will involve visiting key retail locations, with a requirement of at least twenty on-site dealer visits per week. You will provide dealers with updated product data, agronomic insights, and promotional materials while developing and maintaining a thorough technical knowledge of Stine's seed and treatment products. Beyond sales, you will collaborate with our seasoned leadership team and professional agronomy staff to recruit new dealers, develop annual goals for key locations, and oversee the creation of product training plots.
To ensure your success, Stine provides a comprehensive suite of resources. You will be equipped with a company vehicle, laptop, and a company-issued purchasing card for business expenses. Additionally, you will have access to a promotional budget, online resources for managing dealer data, and direct support from our professional agronomy staff for product and agronomic training.

Three or more years of ag retail and seed sales experience. Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with retailers by understanding their needs and values and achieving desired results.
