About the Role
The Delaney Agency is seeking disciplined, coachable individuals to serve as Life Insurance Sales Representatives in a fully remote capacity. This opportunity is designed for those motivated to help families who have already reached out for assistance with life insurance-backed products. Rather than chasing prospects, agents utilize data-driven systems and proven lead generation to connect with warm, inbound leads, allowing them to focus entirely on service.
Agents typically assist 3–5 families per week, earning an average of $300–$500 per family served. As a 100% commission-based role, there is no cap on earnings. The position offers a proven lead system, ongoing mentorship, and the potential to grow into leadership roles over time. Occasional travel may be required for in-person conferences and leadership events.
