As an Account Executive, you will build a book of business by establishing referral partner relationships with professionals in the real estate and mortgage industries. You will partner with clients to understand their unique insurance needs, analyze options across a large carrier portfolio, and provide custom solutions to mitigate household risk.
This role is designed for those with an entrepreneurial spirit and a competitive attitude. You will be equipped with extensive training in salesforce.com, sales process management, and business development. The position offers a clear path for professional development, including opportunities for corporate leadership and an apprenticeship program leading to business ownership.
Our process is rigorous to ensure we find the right fit. The role is contingent upon passing the state licensing exam and successfully completing the Goosehead training program, which commences on your start date. Goosehead covers the one-time costs for all training courses and exam fees to obtain your insurance license.
