We are seeking a Retail Account Manager to cover Northern Illinois, serving as a full-time brand ambassador for Stine Seed Company. This role represents an excellent opportunity to grow professionally and financially while representing a legacy of excellence.
In this position, you will act as the primary link between Stine and our retail dealer network. You will promote Stine products to increase sales and brand awareness, providing dealers with updated product data, agronomic insights, and promotional materials. A significant part of your day involves visiting key retail locations—at least twenty on-site visits per week—to build relationships, collect yield data, and oversee the development of Stine Success corn and soybean plots.
You will work closely with our seasoned leadership team, including the Director of Retail Development and the Director of Team Development, to implement sales training, develop recruitment plans for new prospects, and set annual goals for key retail locations. Supported by our professional agronomy staff, you will deepen your technical knowledge of Stine products and treatments while utilizing our online resources to manage dealer and prospect data effectively.
