As a Senior Product Advisor, you will be responsible for prospecting and running payroll presentations to small and mid-sized merchants, ultimately closing deals within a fast sales cycle. You will report to a Payroll Division Manager and receive coaching from a Territory Manager.
Your primary mission is to close sales of business solutions with merchants throughout your area. You will work closely with your local manager to set appointments with business owners, leveraging your network and referral partnerships to meet face-to-face. During these interactions, you will uncover client needs and present Auris solutions to secure new business.
During the training period, your manager will accompany you on initial appointments to teach the short-cycle sales process using Atlas, our tablet-based CRM platform. This tool is used for lead generation, sales presentations, on-the-spot financial analysis, and paperless contract processing. Once trained, you will have the opportunity to set your own work schedule to maximize the potential of 100% commission and lifetime residuals on the business you bring in.
