As a Field Sales Representative, you will be the face of Auris, responsible for prospecting and running payroll presentations both in person and over the phone to small and mid-sized merchants. You will report to a Payroll Division Manager and receive coaching from a Territory Manager. Your primary mission is to close deals within a fast sales cycle by explaining our value proposition to clients via our tablet-based CRM platform, Atlas.
You will work closely with your local manager to set appointments with business owners through your network and referral partnerships. Once in the field, you will uncover client needs, present Auris solutions, and close sales. During the training period, your manager will accompany you on initial appointments to teach our short-cycle sales process, including on-the-spot financial analysis and paperless contract processing. After training, you will have the opportunity to set your own work schedule to maximize the upside of 100% commission and lifetime residuals on the business you bring in.
Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership. The role is based in Nevada and Colorado.
