About the Role
We are currently hiring a full-time Business Development Manager to identify, target, and develop a defined group of accounts within the Chicago Metropolitan Area. This role is pivotal for our strategic growth, focusing on expanding our presence among large-scale users of material handling equipment.
You will partner with existing and prospective customers to assess their equipment and systems needs, transforming emerging accounts into high-value partnerships. Your day will involve conducting proactive outbound prospecting, preparing technical presentations, and collaborating with internal sales teams to guide customers through the entire sales cycle. From securing orders to overseeing project execution through delivery, you will be the face of Atlas, explaining complex technical products to non-technical audiences and recommending tailored solutions.
