We are seeking a Retail Account Manager to cover Central Illinois, serving as a full-time brand ambassador for Stine. This role is designed for a professional who thrives in the field, combining sales expertise with agronomic knowledge to drive brand awareness and sales growth.
In this position, you will represent Stine at retail dealer locations, developing and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts. Your day-to-day involves visiting at least twenty retail dealers weekly, providing updated product data and agronomic insights, and collaborating with our seasoned leadership team to develop territory strategies. You will work closely with our professional agronomy staff to enhance your technical knowledge of Stine seed and treatment products, while also helping to organize and participate in sales and agronomy training classes.

Three or more years of ag retail and seed sales experience. Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with retailers by understanding their needs and values and achieving desired results.
