We are seeking a Retail Account Manager to cover Northern Illinois. In this full-time role, you will serve as a brand ambassador for Stine, representing an excellent opportunity to grow professionally and financially. You will act as the primary link between Stine and our retail dealer network, working to increase sales and brand awareness within your assigned territory.
Your day-to-day involves visiting key retail locations, with a requirement of at least twenty on-site dealer visits per week. You will provide dealers with updated product data, agronomic insights, and promotional materials while developing a list of key retail prospects. Success in this role requires building strong relationships by understanding retailer needs and values, helping to develop annual goals for Stine corn and soybeans, and collecting side-by-side yield data to support product training.
You will be supported by a seasoned leadership team and professional agronomy staff who will assist with product training and territory development. You will also have access to online resources for managing dealer data and a promotional budget to drive success.
