The Retail Account Manager serves as a full-time brand ambassador for Stine Seed Company, covering Central Illinois. This role is designed for a professional who thrives in the field, acting as the primary link between Stine and our network of retail dealers. You will represent the company's commitment to quality while driving sales and brand awareness across your territory.
In this position, you will partner with our seasoned leadership team and professional agronomy staff to support territory development. Your day-to-day involves visiting key retail locations, recruiting new dealers, and providing updated product data and agronomic insights. You will work closely with the Director of Retail Development and the Director of Team Development to implement sales training, organize product classes, and ensure accurate forecasting. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow your skills in the seed business while leveraging our online resources and promotional budget to achieve your goals.
