The Retail Account Manager serves as a full-time brand ambassador for Stine Seed Company, covering Central Illinois. This role represents an excellent opportunity to grow professionally and financially while representing a legacy of excellence in the seed industry.
In this position, you will act as the primary link between Stine and our retail dealer network. Your day-to-day involves visiting key retail locations, performing at least twenty on-site dealer visits per week, and building strong relationships by understanding retailer needs and values. You will partner with our seasoned leadership team and professional agronomy staff to develop territory plans, recruit new dealers, and implement sales training. The role requires a proactive approach to prospecting, collecting yield data, and promoting Stine's product portfolio, including our XP soybean seed treatments.
