We are seeking a Retail Account Manager to cover Central Illinois as a full-time brand ambassador for Stine Seed Company. In this role, you will serve as the vital link between our company and our retail dealer network, representing our brand and driving sales growth.
You will act as a professional agronomy partner, providing dealers with updated product data, technical knowledge, and promotional materials. Your day-to-day involves visiting key retail locations to build strong relationships, recruit new prospects, and help develop annual sales goals for corn and soybeans. You will also play a key role in product education by collecting yield data, overseeing success plots, and organizing sales and agronomy training classes.
