The Retail Account Manager is a full-time brand ambassador covering Northern Illinois. This role represents an excellent opportunity to grow professionally and financially while serving as the primary link between Stine and our retail dealer network. You will act as a trusted advisor, promoting Stine Seed Company to increase sales and brand awareness across your assigned territory.
In this position, you will partner with our seasoned leadership team and professional agronomy staff to develop territory strategies and enhance your knowledge of the seed business. Your day-to-day involves visiting key retail locations, collecting yield data, and organizing product training classes. You will work closely with the Director of Retail Development and the Director of Team Development to implement sales training, set annual goals, and ensure the success of Stine corn and soybean plots.
To succeed in this role, you will be equipped with a company vehicle, laptop, company-issued purchasing card for business expenses, and a promotional budget. You will also have access to online resources for managing retail dealer and prospect data, alongside a dedicated list of retail dealers with contact information.

Three or more years of ag retail and seed sales experience. Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with retailers by understanding their needs and values and achieving desired results.
