The Retail Account Manager serves as a full-time brand ambassador for Stine Seed Company, covering Central Illinois. This role is designed for a professional who thrives in the field, acting as the primary link between Stine and our network of retail dealers. You will represent the company's commitment to quality while driving sales and brand awareness across your territory.
In this position, you will partner with seasoned leadership and a professional agronomy staff to support territory development. Your day-to-day involves visiting key retail locations, performing at least twenty on-site dealer visits per week, and recruiting new prospects. You will work closely with the Director of Retail Development and the Director of Team Development to implement sales training, set annual goals, and ensure accurate reporting of account forecasts and sales.
To succeed in this role, Stine provides a comprehensive suite of resources, including a company vehicle, laptop, and a company-issued purchasing card for business expenses. You will also have access to a promotional budget, online resources for managing dealer data, and ongoing training classes provided by our agronomy and sales teams.
