About the Role

We are seeking a Retail Account Manager to cover Northern Illinois. In this full-time role, you will serve as a brand ambassador for Stine, representing an excellent opportunity to grow professionally and financially. You will act as the primary link between our company and our retail dealer network, working to increase sales and brand awareness within your assigned territory.

Your day will involve visiting key retail locations, with a requirement of at least twenty on-site dealer visits per week. You will provide dealers with updated product data, agronomic insights, and promotional materials while developing and maintaining a thorough technical knowledge of Stine Seed and treatment products. Beyond sales, you will collaborate with our seasoned leadership team and professional agronomy staff to assist in product training, territory development, and the organization of sales and agronomy classes. You will also be responsible for collecting yield data and overseeing the development of Stine Success corn and soybean plots.

To ensure your success, we provide a comprehensive suite of resources, including a company vehicle, laptop, company-issued purchasing card for business expenses, and a promotional budget. You will also have access to online resources for managing retail dealer and prospect data, alongside a dedicated list of retail dealers with contact information.
