We are seeking a Retail Account Manager to cover Central Illinois. In this full-time capacity, you will serve as a brand ambassador for Stine, representing our commitment to excellence in the agricultural sector. This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow professionally and financially while working alongside a seasoned leadership team.
You will act as the primary link between Stine and our retail dealer network. Your day will involve visiting key retail locations, performing at least twenty on-site visits weekly, and engaging with dealers to promote Stine products and increase brand awareness. You will partner with our professional agronomy staff to provide dealers with updated product data, agronomic insights, and promotional materials. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Director of Retail Development and the Director of Team Development to implement sales training, develop annual goals for key locations, and organize product training classes.
To ensure your success, Stine provides a comprehensive suite of resources, including a company vehicle, laptop, company-issued purchasing card for business expenses, and a promotional budget. You will also have access to online resources for managing retail dealer and prospect data, as well as ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge of the seed business.
