The Retail Account Manager serves as a full-time brand ambassador for Stine Seed Company, covering Central Illinois. This role is designed for a professional who thrives in the field, acting as the primary link between Stine and our network of retail dealers. You will represent the company's values while driving sales and brand awareness across your territory.
In this position, you will partner with our seasoned leadership team and professional agronomy staff to develop your territory and enhance your skills. The role involves a dynamic day-to-day rhythm, including at least twenty on-site retail dealer visits per week to build relationships, collect yield data, and promote our products. You will work closely with the Director of Retail Development and the Director of Team Development to set annual goals, implement sales training, and ensure the success of key retail accounts.
To succeed in this role, you will be equipped with a company vehicle, laptop, company-issued purchasing card, and a promotional budget. You will also have access to online resources for managing dealer data and a list of retail dealers with contact information.
