The Retail Account Manager serves as a full-time brand ambassador for Stine Seed Company, covering Central Illinois. This role represents an excellent opportunity to grow professionally and financially while acting as a vital link between our company and our retail dealer network.
In this position, you will be the face of Stine at key retail locations, promoting our brand to increase sales and awareness. You will partner with our seasoned leadership team and professional agronomy staff to develop territory strategies, recruit new dealers, and maintain strong relationships with existing partners. The role involves significant field work, including at least twenty on-site retail dealer visits per week, to ensure dealers have the updated product data, agronomic insights, and promotional materials they need to succeed.
You will work closely with the Director of Retail Development and the Director of Team Development to implement sales training, organize product classes, and set annual goals for corn and soybean sales. A key part of your day will involve collecting side-by-side yield data and overseeing the development of Stine Success plots to support product training. With the support of our online resources and professional development programs, you will enhance your skills in the seed business while driving results through proven sales techniques and negotiation.
