Stine Seed Company, a privately held national seed company with a 45-plus year reputation for quality, is seeking a Retail Account Manager to cover Central Illinois. This role serves as a full-time brand ambassador for one of the industry's most respected corn and soybean companies, offering an excellent opportunity to grow professionally and financially.
As a Retail Account Manager, you will act as the primary link between Stine and retail dealers in your territory. Your day-to-day involves visiting key retail locations, developing prospect lists, and building strong relationships by understanding retailer needs and values. You will partner with seasoned leadership and professional agronomy staff to drive territory development, implement sales training, and ensure dealers are equipped with updated product data and agronomic insights.
The position is supported by a robust toolkit, including a company vehicle, laptop, purchasing card, and promotional budget, alongside access to online resources for managing dealer data. You will work closely with the Director of Retail Development and the Director of Team Development to set annual goals, track account performance, and organize training classes.
