The Retail Account Manager serves as a full-time brand ambassador for Stine Seed Company, covering Central Illinois. This role represents an excellent opportunity to grow professionally and financially while representing a legacy of excellence in the seed industry.
In this position, you will act as the primary link between Stine and our retail dealer network. Your day-to-day involves visiting key retail locations to promote Stine products, increase brand awareness, and drive sales. You will work closely with our seasoned leadership team and professional agronomy staff to develop territory strategies, recruit new dealers, and ensure our partners have the technical knowledge and resources they need to succeed. From managing prospect data to collecting yield data and organizing training classes, you will play a vital role in the growth of our corn and soybean business.
