About the Role
The Food Service Manager at the University of Hartford is a management position responsible for developing and implementing dining solutions that meet customer needs and tastes. In this role, you will oversee and manage dining operations where customers order prepared foods from a menu. You will lead the front of the house of the dining operation (Cafeteria/Residential Dining Facility) in conjunction with the Food Service Director, planning, directing, and coordinating food service activities to deliver a finished product to the customer.
