This Non-Exempt Management position serves as the operational leader for all food and beverage activities, encompassing culinary, restaurant, and beverage services. The role exists to ensure the seamless execution of business plans while maintaining the highest standards of guest and employee satisfaction. You will be responsible for driving financial goals, upholding all applicable food and beverage laws, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and empowerment.
In this position, you will oversee day-to-day operations, manage the Food and Beverage team (excluding catering sales), and serve as a role model for the brand's service culture. The role requires a proactive approach to resolving guest concerns, coaching team members, and ensuring that all banquet functions and daily services exceed expectations. You will act as a bridge between leadership and staff, utilizing strong interpersonal skills to build mutual trust, respect, and cooperation while advocating for sound financial and business decisions.
Candidates must possess a valid driver's license with at least one year of clean driving history. Please note that this position is paid an hourly rate with overtime in accordance with state and federal law.
