About the Role
Reporting directly to the Director of Food & Beverage, this position is pivotal in overseeing all aspects of food and beverage outlets and special events. You will ensure compliance with service standards, operating procedures, and all federal, state, and local regulations regarding health and safety. The role exists to maintain exceptional guest satisfaction while maximizing profitability through strategic management of revenues, costs, and staff development.
In this role, you will lead by example, performing duties personally or through subordinate leaders to ensure seamless front-of-house operations. You will foster a culture of teamwork and open communication, coordinating closely with Sales, Marketing, Catering, Housekeeping, and Guest Services. Your day will involve analyzing guest feedback and financial results to drive corrective actions, creating innovative marketing programs to increase patronage, and mentoring leaders to ensure the department's long-term growth.
