About the Role
We are searching for a remarkable Bartender to join our team at the Courtyard Midlothian, Texas. In this role, you will serve as a vital social point of contact and leave a lasting, positive impression on our guests. Your warm, knowledgeable service and helpful guidance will reassure guests that they have made the right choice to stay with us.
You will be an enthusiastic and professional member of the team, working closely with servers, bartenders, and bar porters to ensure seamless operations. Success in this position requires a mature, self-motivated approach, with a commitment to maintaining open lines of communication across all departments. You will be expected to accept feedback constructively and remain ready to assist other departments during emergency situations.
