Key Responsibilities
- check_circleWelcome and greet guests within one minute to ensure a positive dining experience
- check_circleAssist fellow servers and communicate guest requests effectively to kitchen and bar staff
- check_circleMaintain accurate timing of meal progression and anticipate guest needs throughout the visit
- check_circleTake food and beverage orders and enter them accurately into the POS system
- check_circleProvide menu recommendations and answer questions about food, beverages, and specials
- check_circleServe food and beverages to guests in a timely manner while maintaining table cleanliness
- check_circleVerify guest identification for alcohol purchases and ensure compliance with regulations
- check_circleProcess final bills, accept payments, and handle cash transactions through the POS system
- check_circleMonitor guest satisfaction and proactively address needs such as beverage refills
- check_circlePrepare dining areas by setting tables, sanitizing surfaces, and stocking service stations
