The Shift Leader is the heartbeat of the restaurant during their shift, leading and behaving according to Potbelly values. This role is designed for friendly, outgoing individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. You will manage and develop associates to execute outstanding product quality and customer service while building sales and controlling costs.
In this position, you will lead team members by efficiently assigning tasks and providing feedback. You will ensure security procedures and back-of-the-house standards are met, handle cash operations, and prepare quality finished products. The role requires a passion for problem-solving and the ability to delight customers with great food and good vibes, even amidst the noise of music, customer traffic, and kitchen activity.
