About the Role
As a Cook, you will be the backbone of meal preparation in a large-volume establishment. This role exists to ensure high-quality food is prepared efficiently and safely for customers. You will perform a variety of duties including sautéing, grilling, and frying ingredients, as well as chopping, slicing, and washing fruits and vegetables. Beyond standard meal prep, you may assist with catering orders, prepare trays, and even help create menus or follow recipes. The position requires the ability to stand for long periods in a kitchen environment and work across all areas of the kitchen.
