About the Role
As a Food Service Cook, you will live out 452 Hospitality by delivering warm, welcoming, and memorable experiences for every guest and client. You will be the heartbeat of the kitchen, supporting daily restaurant prep and line operations to ensure seamless service.
In this role, you will maintain the highest standards of food safety, quality, and hygiene. From managing food temperatures and rotation to ensuring a clean and organized work environment, your attention to detail directly impacts the guest experience. You will actively respond to guest feedback, communicate effectively with supervisors regarding service issues, and remain knowledgeable about all menu items to share with our visitors.
We are looking for a team player who is personable, professional, and energetic. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and taking initiative to support the team wherever needed. Whether assisting with dishwashing, managing prep lists, or handling operational challenges, you will help create the special moments that define our partners' attractions.
