For more than 50 years, SSA has partnered with cultural attractions to design the hospitality experience journey, freeing our partners to remain mission-focused. We bring together admissions, culinary, and retail with innovation and human connection to shape a seamless guest journey. Our focus is on people, innovation, and operational intelligence as a means to create special moments with lasting impact. We call it 452 Hospitality, the foundation of how we serve our partners and their communities.
As a Food Service Cook, you will live out 452 Hospitality by delivering warm, welcoming, and memorable experiences for every guest and client. You will support restaurant prep (both back-of-house and line) for daily operations, ensuring proper food quantities are set for ongoing service. Your day will involve maintaining safe food handling practices, adhering to all SSAFETY rules, and keeping a clean, safe, and organized work environment. You will actively respond to guest and client feedback, communicate issues to supervisors, and remain knowledgeable of all menu items, prices, and specials to share with guests. This role requires flexibility to support operations as needed, including assisting with dishwashing and filling in for other roles during busy periods.
SSA Holdings and its affiliated companies are equal opportunity employers committed to diversity and inclusion in our hiring practices. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds, believing that a diverse team strengthens our collective impact. We promote an inclusive and supportive approach within our teams, focusing on removing barriers and empowering growth and opportunity for team members at all levels. We also lead by example through sustainability and conservation efforts, engaging with our units to drive community efforts and giving back.
