As a Manager at Qdoba, you will be a confident decision-maker and a born leader dedicated to maintaining an outstanding work environment. Your mission is to support the company through strong leadership, direction, training, and development. You will partner with the leadership team to maximize store sales goals, oversee catering sales growth, and ensure the highest standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC).
In this role, you will model restaurant hospitality while managing food and labor costs, maintaining safe working conditions, and driving operational excellence. You will be responsible for interviewing and hiring team members, providing proper training, and fostering a culture where crew members are encouraged to grow with the company. Your day will involve anticipating problems, initiating corrective action, and ensuring that food safety procedures are rigorously followed.
