Quad is seeking a dedicated Food Service Worker to join the Quad Cuisine Plant Cafeteria team in Lomira, WI. This full-time day shift role (6am–2pm with weekend rotation) is vital for delivering high-quality hot and cold meals to our community while maintaining the highest standards of safety and sanitation.
The Cook will serve as a key operator at the Grill Station, responsible for preparing food and ensuring guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Beyond daily food production, this role involves managing workstation setup and breakdown, replenishing inventory, and assisting with production plant catering functions. A significant aspect of the position is mentoring new food service workers, ensuring the team remains skilled and aligned with Quad's operational standards.
Successful candidates will bring a positive attitude and strong people skills to interact with customers, clients, and co-workers. The role requires the ability to multitask effectively while upholding strict food safety protocols and responding appropriately to emergency situations. Prior food service experience is essential, and candidates must be comfortable working in both hot and cold environments while lifting up to 50 pounds.
