GPS Hospitality is built on a foundation of amazing people. We are a passionate, fun, and positive organization dedicated to creating a welcoming and supportive environment for our teams and guests. Our mission is to operate restaurants that consistently meet our high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
As a Restaurant General Manager (RGM), you will lead the operation of our restaurants with the overall responsibility for ensuring they meet GPS Hospitality standards. This role is not a solitary one; you will work closely with a dedicated team of managers to drive success. Your day-to-day involves executing accurate projections and schedules while working all shifts, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, late night, and weekends. You will be the face of the restaurant, frequently interacting with the public, business partners, and community organizations to develop and improve our public relations.
You will be responsible for hiring, training, and coaching a service-obsessed crew and shift leaders, while also developing the capabilities of Assistant Managers and Manager Trainees. Success in this role requires strong critical thinking skills to maintain tight controls on cash and inventory, ensure food safety, and implement marketing promotions effectively. Your performance will be directly tied to hitting sales and profit budgets, with a bonus structure that rewards both operational excellence and financial results.
If you are ready to join a team that values growth and performance, please apply. We look for individuals who can perform under pressure in a high-volume setting and who are authorized to work in the US.
