About the Role
As a Restaurant General Manager (RGM), you will lead the operation of our restaurants with the ultimate responsibility of ensuring they meet GPS Hospitality's rigorous standards. This role is not a solo endeavor; you will work closely with a dedicated team of managers to drive success. You will be the face of the restaurant, responsible for everything from hitting sales and profit budgets to maintaining a safe and clean environment.
Your day will be dynamic, requiring you to work all shifts—including breakfast, lunch, dinner, late nights, and weekends. You will engage in frequent contact with the public, local businesses, and community organizations to build strong public relations. Beyond operations, you will serve as a mentor, training and developing Assistant Managers and Manager Trainees to ensure the next generation of leaders is ready to grow.
