Key Responsibilities
- check_circleProvide leadership to the entire squad and develop leadership capabilities in the restaurant
- check_circleExecute fundraising, catering, and community initiatives to positively impact financial performance
- check_circleManage squad performance by providing timely feedback and holding everyone accountable for standards
- check_circleOwn and manage ordering and inventory functions to ensure restaurant performance meets targets
- check_circleMaintain loss prevention and asset protection procedures regarding cash, food safety, and security
- check_circleReview restaurant results and develop action plans to improve performance using P&L and scorecards
- check_circleBuild relationships with vendors and internal facilities teams to maintain restaurant condition
- check_circleUtilize training plans to support new hires and assess learner progress continuously
- check_circlePlan and distribute staffing and schedules using forecasts and labor models
- check_circleCommunicate internal updates to the team and attend meetings to stay current on initiatives
- check_circleManage restaurant staffing by building talent pipelines and conducting compliant interviews
Requirements
- verified2+ years of experience leading leaders in restaurant management
- verifiedExperience executing training, performance and staffing programs in a restaurant or similar environment
- verifiedStrong business acumen and ability to read/develop action plans from financial reports
- verifiedPrior experience working with HR, Supply Chain, Marketing, and other internal support teams
- verifiedMust obtain food safety certification and/or alcohol beverage certification within 30 days of start date
- verifiedMust be proficient in written and oral communication
- verifiedMust be able to support restaurant hours including nights and weekends
- verifiedMust be 21 years of age or older
