About the Role
This posting represents our General Manager – Social Leadership Talent Network across current and future markets. We are proactively identifying experienced hospitality leaders who want to grow with Five Iron as expansion continues.
The General Manager - Social is the ultimate purveyor of all the fun that Five Iron Golf has to offer. You will hire, train, and coach staff to deliver exceptional service and genuine, enlightened hospitality, fulfilling the Five Iron promise of fun and memorable experiences that guests will want to share with family and friends. Your day-to-day involves managing the social side of the business, from leagues and simulator rentals to event execution and facilities maintenance, while ensuring above-and-beyond service standards for every guest.
