About the Role
You will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their entire dining experience. In this role, you will greet and seat guests with a welcoming attitude, manage reservations and waitlists, and answer phones to assist with guest questions. Your focus will be on keeping the front desk and entry area clean and organized while communicating clearly with your team to ensure smooth service. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment where your passion for hospitality helps create a supportive atmosphere for both our guests and colleagues.
