This position is responsible for managing multiple culinary work stations, ensuring the efficiency of the kitchen line and overall operation during scheduled shifts. The role is critical to maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and guest satisfaction within a fast-paced casino environment.

Employees will regularly work around mechanical moving parts and must be prepared for a physically active day involving standing, walking, and lifting.
Candidates must be able to obtain a Level 4 Gaming License to perform the essential functions of this position. ServSafe® certification is required, or the ability to become certified immediately upon hiring.
